Public Presentation of the Plan | August 2021

The project team will provided a public presentation of the draft plan on October 25th.

Public Input Survey | May – June 2021

A public input survey was open to the public through June of 2021.

Comprehensive Plan Public Workshop | May 20th, 2021

On May 20th, 2021, a Comprehensive Plan Public Workshop was held in the Festival Building in Monrovia at 5:30 pm. The public was invited to share their thoughts and ideas for the future of Monrovia. Approximately 40 members of the public participated in the meeting. Here is the presentation and the public input activity boards that were presented to the public for feedback. A full summary of results will be presented at a later date.

Project Team

Steering Committee

The Steering Committee is charged with guiding the development of the plan. The 10 member Steering Committee represents a diverse background of community members. The Committee has representation from the Monrovia Town Council, the Monrovia Plan Commission, the Monrovia Board of Zoning Appeals, the Monrovia Economic Development Commission, and local businesses.
